In 2017 we decided to offer our first apprenticeship opportunities within the commercial team. Our goals were to support the career development of young people and develop a future talent pipeline for our company.
Our Apprentices benefit from close mentoring from their line managers. They undertake a wider variety of tasks and gain greater commercial exposure than they might receive in a larger organisation. At Adaptix they are included as equal members of the team and the mentoring provides significant additional support to enable them to bridge the gap from school leaver to professional.
