Medical imaging innovator Adaptix Ltd (Adaptix), has announced the installation of its latest Adaptix Ortho350 system at Olympia Orthopaedic Associates, Westside Clinic, representing another significant step forward in transforming extremity imaging for orthopedic care.

Dr. Gregory Byrd, who is leading the implementation of the system within the clinic, shared how the Adaptix Ortho350 is reshaping both workflow and diagnostic capability for clinicians.
“The Adaptix Ortho350 has changed how we manage extremity imaging in my practice. The ability to acquire high-resolution multi-planar images at the point of care, without sending patients to hospital CT has improved my diagnostic confidence and accelerated clinical decision making.  In cases where a CT would have been required, this has reduced the total time needed and administrative burden to obtain the advanced imaging needed to make a confident decision for patient care.  It’s efficient, patient friendly, and has become a part of our workflow.”
With its compact design and advanced imaging capabilities, the Adaptix Ortho350 enables clinicians to obtain detailed 3D X‑ray images directly in the clinic, reducing the need for hospital-based CT scans and helping speed up diagnoses for patients with orthopedic injuries and conditions.
Adaptix CEO Sarah Small highlighted the installation as an important advancement in demonstrating the device’s impact in real-world orthopedic settings:
“This latest installation marks another important milestone for Adaptix. Clinical orthopaedic sites like Olympia Orthopaedic Associates play a vital role in demonstrating the real-world impact of our technology on diagnostic pathways. Seeing clinicians use our advanced imaging system directly within the clinic, where patients benefit from faster diagnosis without the delays of CT referrals, is incredibly motivating.   Adaptix was founded with a vision to transform radiology, and with the Adaptix Ortho350, we are making that vision a reality.”
