Adaptix Announces U.S. partnership with Digital X-ray Technologies
Medical imaging innovator Adaptix Ltd (Adaptix) has today announced a distribution partnership with Digital X-Ray Technologies (DXT) to supply its Ortho 3D Imaging System (Adaptix Ortho350) in the US.
The agreement appoints DXT, an orthopedic medical imaging equipment supplier covering the West Coast and Pacific Islands, as an official US distributor of the Adaptix Ortho350 product.
Jeremiah Dufér from DXT commented: “Digital X-Ray Technologies (DXT) is pleased to offer Digital Tomosynthesis (DT). The Adaptix Ortho350 imaging modality allows any MSK professional from a single practice physician, to a high-volume orthopedic group, the ability to provide in clinic multi-dimensional diagnostic imaging.”
Chris Rogers, Adaptix’ Commercial Director said: “This partnership strengthens our presence in the US as we expand our offering in key states. Jeremiah and the specialist team at DXT are as passionate about innovative diagnostic solutions, which transform diagnostic pathways, as we are, and I am delighted to have them on board.”
The Adaptix Ortho350 represents a significant breakthrough in how X-ray images are captured. Using low-dose digital tomosynthesis, the system generates high resolution 3D images that provide enhanced visibility of soft tissues and bone structures, resulting in more accurate diagnoses while reducing radiation exposure and operating costs compared with traditional CT based imaging technologies.
